Smoky Miso Potato Yakitori
A twist on traditional Japanese yakitori, this recipe combines smoky flavors with the sweetness of potatoes.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp lively miso paste
- β1/4 cup argentinian chimichurri
- β grillfor cooking
- β1 tsp soy sauceoptional

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste and chimichurri.

Add the soy sauce (if using) and whisk until combined.

Thread the potatoes onto skewers, if using.
