Okra Korma Curry
A flavorful Indian-inspired curry made with okra, korma spices, and a hint of lively spices. Serve over rice or with naan bread.
Ingredients
- β1 lb okracut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp korma curry pasteadjust to taste
- β1 tsp lively spicesadjust to taste
- β1 large oniondiced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 can coconut milk14 oz
- β1 large tomatodiced
- β1 tsp saltadjust to taste
- β1/2 tsp black pepperadjust to taste

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
