Croatian Potato Casserole
A hearty, comforting dish that combines the flavors of Croatia with the simplicity of a potato casserole.

- β1 cup, shredded Lively Cheese
- β1/2 cup, sliced Croatian Sausage
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Boil the potatoes until they're tender, then dice them.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
