Australian Pretzel Salad
A twist on a classic salad, combining the crunch of pretzels with fresh Australian ingredients.
Ingredients

- β4 cups mixed greens
- β8 oz Australian-style cheddar cheese
- β2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- β1 tsp crushed salt
- β1 lively lemonsjuiced
- β2 cloves garlicminced

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the pretzel rods on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cheddar cheese, and toasted pretzel rods.
