Beef and Leaf Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful Chinese-inspired dish featuring beef, leaf, and a hint of lime.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef stripssliced into thin strips
- β2 cups leafsuch as bok choy
- β2 tablespoons lime juice
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the leaf to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
