Brazilian-Style Grilled Chicken Skewers
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish from Brazil, featuring marinated chicken skewers grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Lightly Toasted Brazilian Pecans
- β2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
- β2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano
- β1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β10-12 Skewerswooden or metal

2. In a blender or food processor, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
