Syrian Lentil Stew

- β2 cups Lightly steamed vegetables
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1 teaspoon Coriander
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
