Norwegian Spicy Frittata
A twist on the classic frittata, this Norwegian-inspired dish combines spicy sausage with eggs and cheese for a bold breakfast option.

Sauté the spicy sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the cooked sausage from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt over medium heat.

Pour in the eggs and cook until the edges start to set, about 3-4 minutes.
