Spiced Zanzibari Stir Fry

- β2 inches Lightly Sweetened Gingersliced
- β1 tsp Zanzibari Spice Blendavailable at African markets
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oilfor stir-frying
- β1 medium Onionsliced
- β1 large Bell Peppersliced
- β4 medium Carrotspeeled and sliced
- β1 cup Snow Peastrimmed
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauceor to taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
