Smoky Russian Pilaf
A hearty and flavorful pilaf dish inspired by Russian cuisine, featuring smoky notes from the bacon and a perfect balance of spices.
Ingredients

- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp smoked paprika
- β1 tsp dried thyme
- β1 cup pilaf
- β2 cups chicken broth

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
