Smoky Eastern-Style Haddock-Free Curry
A flavorful and aromatic curry inspired by the Middle East, made with haddock-free alternatives and smoky spices.

- β1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- β1 cup Lightly Sweetened Coconut Milk
- β1 head Roasted Cauliflower
- β1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
