Smoked American Breakfast Skillet
A hearty breakfast skillet filled with smoked sausage, scrambled eggs, and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Smoked American Sausage
- β1 medium Large Onion
- β1 medium Bell Pepper
- β2 medium Potatoes
- β1 cup Peasfresh or frozen
- β Skilletfor cooking
- β4 large Eggs
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the peas to the skillet and cook until tender, about 2 minutes.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet.

Add the butter to the empty side of the skillet and crack in the eggs.

Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix with the vegetables.

Return the sausage to the skillet and stir to combine.
