Tunisian Lamb Kebabs
Tender lamb skewers marinated in a blend of Tunisian spices, grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of couscous or pita bread.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Tunisian spice blend
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- β1 cup Red onion, sliced
- β1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
- β1 cup Zucchini, sliced
- β Salt and pepper, to taste
- β1/4 cup Leaves of fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Tunisian spice blend, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat.

4. Thread the lamb, red onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and rosemary (if using) onto skewers.

5. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
