French Canadian Noodle Casserole
A rich and comforting casserole that combines the flavors of France and Canada. Perfect for a chilly evening.

- β8 oz Canadian noodle
- β1 cup Lightly seasoned dishyour favorite sauce
- β2 tbsp butter
- β1/2 cup grated cheddaroptional
- β2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- β1 cup milk
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook Canadian noodle according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add lightly seasoned dish and stir to combine.

Add flour and whisk to make a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes.

Slowly pour in milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.

Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened.
