Moroccan Sea Bass Tagine

- β4 sea bass filletsskin removed
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1-inch piece gingergrated
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp paprika
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyfor garnish

Instructions

Heat oil in a large clay tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger, cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the sea bass fillets, skin side up, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add 1 cup of water to the tagine and bring to a simmer.
