Indian-Style Lamb Skewers
A twist on traditional souvlaki, these lamb skewers are marinated in Indian-inspired spices and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Ginger, grated
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 teaspoons Garam masala
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1 teaspoon Coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

2. In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add the lamb cubes to the blender and blend until the meat is well coated with the marinade.

4. Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
