Greek Honey Fritters (Italian-Inspired)
A twist on traditional Italian fritters, these bite-sized treats infused with the sweetness of Greek honey and the tanginess of lightly fermented dough.

- β1 cup light sugar
- β1 teaspoon lightly fermented yeast
- β1 cup warm water
- β1/4 cup honey
- β1 cup greek yogurt
- β2 eggs
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
