Greek Tiropita
A traditional Greek cheese pie filled with a delicious mixture of feta, parmesan, and ricotta cheese.
Ingredients
- β8 oz (225g) Feta cheese
- β1/2 cup (115g) Parmesan cheese
- β1 cup (240g) Ricotta cheese
- β1 package (14-16 sheets) Phyllo dough
- β1 large egg EggBeaten
- βto taste Black pepper
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tablespoons (30g) Unsalted butterMelted

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Thaw the phyllo dough according to package instructions.

In a mixing bowl, combine feta, parmesan, and ricotta cheese.

Add the beaten egg, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture and mix well.

Unroll the phyllo dough and cut it into 12 equal pieces.

Place one piece of phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush with melted butter.

Place one-sixth of the cheese mixture in the center of the phyllo dough.

Fold the phyllo dough over the filling to form a triangle and press the edges together.

Repeat with the remaining phyllo dough and filling.

Place the tiropita on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
