Uruguayan-Style Grilled Fish with Ceviche
A refreshing and flavorful dish that combines the best of Uruguayan cuisine with the zesty flavors of ceviche.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets (6 ounces each) Fresh Uruguayan Sea Bass
- β1 cup Fresh Ceviche-Style MarinadeSee below for marinade ingredients.
- β1/2 cup Lime Juice
- β1 medium White Onion
- β1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
- β1 teaspoon Aji Amarillo Pepper
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βto taste Salt
- β4 slices Light Crustless Bread
- βfor garnish Fresh Cilantro Leaves

1. In a blender or food processor, combine lime juice, white onion, cilantro, aji amarillo pepper, black pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.

2. Place the fish fillets in a large bowl and pour the ceviche-style marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, toast the light crustless bread slices until lightly browned.

5. To serve, place a cooked fish fillet on each bread slice. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
