Tunisian Chicken Wrap
A flavorful and healthy wrap filled with chicken, vegetables, and a hint of Tunisian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- β1 Large flour tortilla
- β2 tsp Tunisian chili paste
- β1 tsp Coconut oil
- β1/2 Red onion
- β1/2 Cucumber
- β1 Tomato
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Light yogurt

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the coconut oil and swirl to coat the pan.

Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and let rest for 2 minutes.

In the same skillet, add the Tunisian chili paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add the red onion and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Warm the tortilla by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the yogurt on the tortilla, then adding the chicken, onion mixture, cucumber, tomato, and cilantro.
