Middle Eastern Lamb Koftas
A flavorful and aromatic Middle Eastern dish featuring lamb koftas grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of tzatziki sauce for a refreshing twist.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb
- β2 tablespoons Middle eastern spices
- β2 tablespoons Ghee
- β1 tablespoon Ali flower petals
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β1/2 teaspoon Savory
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 cup Light breadcrumbs

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine lamb, middle eastern spices, ghee, ali flower petals, savory, salt, and light breadcrumbs. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

3. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread the lamb mixture onto skewers, leaving a small space between each kofta.

5. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill the koftas for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
