Aguayo Agar Bowl
A refreshing dessert bowl made with aguayo, agar agar and kanten. Perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients
- β200g Aguayo
- β10g Agar Agar
- β20g Kanten
- β500ml Water
- β2tbsp Sesame Seeds
- β100ml Coconut Milk

Instructions

Combine aguayo, agar agar and kanten in a bowl.

Add water and stir until agar agar dissolves.

Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to low.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Pour into individual serving bowls.

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.

Top with sesame seeds and coconut milk before serving.
