Japanese Walnut Pudding
A Japanese-inspired dessert featuring a rich walnut pudding. This dish combines the nutty flavors of walnuts with the subtle sweetness of Japanese-style pudding.
Ingredients

- β1 box pudding mix
- β2 cups milk
- β1/2 cup sugar
- β1 large egg
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β2 tbsp light corn syrup
- β2 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, sugar, and egg until well combined.

Stir in vanilla extract and light corn syrup.

Melt butter in a small pan over low heat.

Add walnuts to the melted butter and cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.

Fold the cooked walnuts into the pudding mixture.
