Norwegian Sushi Rolls

- β1/2 cup Cured SalmonNorwegian salmon, cured in salt and sugar
- β1/4 cup DillFresh Norwegian dill
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- β1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- β1 tsp Wasabi
- β1/4 cup Pickled GingerThinly sliced Norwegian ginger
- β1 sheet Sushi NoriNorwegian seaweed sheet

Prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions.

Cut the cured salmon into thin slices.

Mix the dill, lemon juice, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Spread a thin layer of wasabi onto the nori sheet.

Place a sheet of nori on a sushi mat, and spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the nori.
