Middle Eastern Chickpea Wrap
A flavorful and healthy wrap filled with chickpeas, hummus, and fresh herbs. Perfect for a quick lunch or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 Whole wheat wrap
- β1/2 cup Chickpeas
- β2 tbsp Hummus
- β1 cup Mixed greens
- β1/4 cup Chopped cucumber
- β1/4 cup Chopped tomato
- β1/4 cup Pita chips
- β1/4 cup Feta cheese (optional)
- β2 tbsp Tzatziki sauce (optional)

1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. Add the chickpeas to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the hummus to the pan and stir to combine with the chickpeas.

4. Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

5. Assemble the wrap by spreading the chickpea-hummus mixture on the wrap.

6. Add the mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, and pita chips on top.

7. If using, sprinkle feta cheese and drizzle tzatziki sauce on top.
