- β12 ounces cream cheesesoftened
- β2 large eggsat room temperature
- β1 cup granulated sugarwhite sugar
- β1 cup plain greek yogurtfull-fat
- β1/2 cup melted unsalted buttercooled
- β1 cup light powdered sugarfor dusting
- βchopped (optional) fresh mint leavesfor garnish

Roll out the pastry dough and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
