Mediterranean Sevaiiya Pilaf
A flavorful and light Mediterranean-inspired pilaf dish made with sevaiiya and a hint of Mediterranean spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Sevaiiya
- β1 cup Mediterranean Pilaf Rice Mix
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- β2 cloves Chopped Garlic
- β1 tsp Dried Oregano
- βto taste Salt
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add chopped garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the Mediterranean Pilaf Rice Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add 1 cup of water to the skillet and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.

Stir in dried oregano, salt, and chopped parsley.

Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
