Broiled Beef with a Mediterranean Twist
A quick and easy dish that brings the flavors of the Mediterranean to a classic broiled beef.
Ingredients
- β1-1.5 lbs Beef (1-1.5 lbs)
- β2 tbsp Light Olive Oil
- β2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Coarse Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Corned Beef Rub
- β1 tsp Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
- β1 tbsp Fresh Lemon (juice)
- β1/4 cup Mediterranean Feta (crumbled)Optional

Preheat the broiler to high.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the beef, making sure to coat it evenly.

Sprinkle the corned beef rub over the beef, pressing it onto the meat to adhere.

Place the beef on a broiler pan or a rimmed baking sheet.

Broil the beef for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Transfer the beef to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Sprinkle the chopped rosemary and lemon juice over the top of the beef.
