Spicy Algerian Oat Tagine
A hearty, slow-cooked North African stew made with oats, algerian spices, and light, fresh vegetables. Serve with a side of crusty bread.

- β1 cup Rolled oats
- β2 tablespoons Light olive oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 medium Carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 large Potatoespeeled and chopped
- β2 teaspoons Algerian spice blend
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped

Heat the oil in a large tagine over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
