Middle Eastern Fish Wrap
A flavorful and healthy wrap filled with grilled fish, topped with a tangy slaw and served with a side of warm flatbread.
Ingredients

- β1 pound Fish Fillets (Salmon or Tilapia)
- β2 tablespoons Middle Eastern Spice Mix
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β1/2 cup, shredded Red Cabbage
- β1/2 cup, peeled and grated Carrots
- β1/2 cup, sliced Cucumber
- β1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Hummus

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season the fish fillets with the Middle Eastern Spice Mix and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, mix together the shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced cucumber in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and Greek yogurt.

Add the hummus to the lemon yogurt mixture and stir to combine.
