Cheesy Frittata with Indian Spices
A twist on the classic frittata, infused with Indian spices and flavors.
Ingredients

- ●2 frittatastore-bought or homemade
- ●1/4 cup lightfor brushing the pan
- ●1 tablespoon crumblyfor garnish

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon light and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Brush the mixture onto the frittata.

3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the frittata and cook for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.

4. Flip the frittata and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala.

6. Pour the egg mixture over the frittata and sprinkle with shredded Brazilian cheese.

7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
