Crispy British-Style Vegan Stir Fry

- β1/2 cup Crispy Fried Shallots
- β4 sausages British-style vegan sausages
- β2 cups Mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β1 cup Rice or noodles
