Creamy Pork Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy noodle dish made with pork, noodles, and a creamy sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork loin
- β8 ounces Noodles (thin rice noodles)
- β2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
- β1 cup Cream
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 inch Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

In a small bowl, whisk together the light soy sauce and cream. Set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.

Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
