A low-carb twist on the classic doner kebab, wrapped in a comforting and crunchy lettuce leaf.

- β200g Doner meatLean beef or lamb, thinly sliced
- β1 Lettuce leafLarge, crisp lettuce leaf
- β1 medium TomatoThinly sliced
- β1/4 Red onionThinly sliced
- β1/4 CucumberSliced
- β1/2 AvocadoMashed
- β1 tsp Chilli flakesOptional
- β50g Feta cheeseOptional

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Cook the doner meat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Warm the lettuce leaf by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the mashed avocado on the lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked doner meat.

Add the sliced tomato, red onion, and cucumber on top of the meat.

Sprinkle with chilli flakes and feta cheese if using.
