Thai Bao Bites
A delicious Thai-inspired appetizer made with crispy bao and melted cheese.

Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces Baopreferably day-old bao
- β1 cup shredded Colby Cheese
- β1/4 cup shredded Light Cheese
- β1/4 cup shredded Jack Cheese
- β1 tsp Chinese Five-Spice Powder
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Honey

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut bao in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together Chinese Five-Spice Powder and Olive Oil. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the bao.

Top each bao half with a spoonful of Colby Cheese, Light Cheese, and Jack Cheese. Drizzle with Soy Sauce and sprinkle with Honey.

Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bao is crispy.
