Ingredients
- β4 (6 oz) pieces of fish (such as cod or tilapia) fish (4 servings)
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp herb mix (such as thyme, oregano, and rosemary)
- β1 clove garlic
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β4 cups mediterranean salad mix
- β1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)optional

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the fish pieces on the baking sheet.
