Sunday Tagine

- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 medium sweet potato
- β2 medium carrots
- β2 teaspoons tagine spice blend
- β1 tablespoon poppy seedsoptional

Instructions

Heat the tunisian olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
