Sunday Lasagne
A twist on the classic lasagna with an Asian flair. Pair the savory flavors of beef and vegetables with a hint of soy sauce.
Ingredients
- β500g BeefGround beef
- β8-10 sheets Lasagne sheets
- β2 tbsp Soy sauceUse as a marinade for beef
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilFor cooking
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β200g MushroomsSliced
- β200g CarrotsDiced
- β1 tsp Sesame oilFor flavor

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Cook lasagne sheets according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.

Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, and carrots to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the pan and stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, combine cooked lasagne sheets and beef mixture.

Transfer the lasagne mixture to a baking dish and top with additional lasagne sheets.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the lasagne is heated through.
