Sunday Morning Apple Strudel
A classic German dessert, perfect for a relaxing Sunday morning. This strudel is filled with juicy apples, crunchy pastry, and a hint of citrus.

- ●1 sheet Sunday pastry dough
- ●1 tsp Citrus zestfrom 1 lemon
- ●1/4 cup Creme fraiche

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the pastry dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, citrus zest, and creme fraiche.

Place the apple mixture onto one half of the pastry dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border.

Fold the other half of the pastry dough over the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
