Poached Duck Breast with Orange Glaze
A simple yet elegant dish featuring poached duck breast with a sweet and tangy orange glaze.

- β1/4 cup orange marmalade
- β2 tablespoons orange juice
- β1 tablespoon honey
- β2 shallots
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Rinse the duck breast under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat the water in a large saucepan over medium heat until it reaches 160Β°F.

Add the shallots, garlic, and rosemary to the water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the duck breast to the water and poach for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145Β°F.
