Japanese Vegetable Bake
A simple and flavorful Japanese-inspired vegetable bake, perfect for a weeknight dinner. This dish combines the sweetness of vegetables with the savory taste of soy sauce.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Russian dill
- β2 large Bake sweet potatoes
- βto taste Salt
- β1 cup Creamy mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Peel the yams and sweet potatoes, and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

In a large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, soy sauce, and salt.

Add the sliced yams and sweet potatoes to the bowl, and toss to coat with the oil and soy sauce mixture.

Transfer the yams and sweet potatoes to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the Russian dill over the top of the yams and sweet potatoes.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the yams and sweet potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
