Glazed Saskatoon Berry Crumble
A delicious dessert that combines the sweetness of saskatoon berries with the crunch of a gluten-free crumble topping.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Saskatoon berries
- β1/4 cup Glazed lacqueroptional
- β1/2 cup Gluten-free all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter
- β1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- β1 tsp Malaysian cinnamon
- β1/4 tsp Sea salt

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the saskatoon berries and glazed lacquer (if using).

In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cold unsalted butter, granulated sugar, Malaysian cinnamon, and sea salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the berry mixture and stir until just combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the remaining 1/4 cup of gluten-free flour and 1/4 cup of cold unsalted butter to form a crumbly mixture.
