Korean Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and spicy stir fry dish made with Korean-style chicken, noodles, and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Korean chicken
- β1 package (8 oz) Korean noodlespreferably naengmyeon or ramyeon
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 tbsp Gochujang
- β1 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Brown sugar
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β1/4 cup Green onions
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Korean chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the gochujang and soy sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the Korean noodles to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly browned.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the noodles and sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

Stir in the green onions and cook for 1 minute.
