Shattering Italian Pasta
A quick and delicious Italian pasta dish made with shattering vegetables.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Italian pasta
- β1 medium Knotty zucchini
- β1 medium Shattering bell pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 clove Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Italian pasta according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced shattering bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender.

Add the sliced knotty zucchini and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until tender.

Mince the garlic and add to the skillet, cooking for 1 minute.

Stir in salt and black pepper to taste.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the vegetables.

Toss everything together and serve hot.
