Polish Pancakes with Crumbly Topping
A classic Polish dessert featuring thick pancakes topped with a crumbly mixture of knotty ingredients

- β1 cup grated bananause overripe bananas
- β1 package polish pastry doughhomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 cup knotty almond flour
- β1/2 cup crumbly oatmeal
- β2 tbsp brown sugar
- β2 eggs

3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, grated banana, and brown sugar.
