German Custard Cake
A rich and creamy German cake made with silky custard and topped with a smooth vanilla frosting.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Arabian Knockout
- β1 1/2 cups Silky Custard
- β2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- β1 cup Saudi Arabian Sugar
- β4 Large Eggs
- β2 cups All-purpose Flour
- β1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- β2 cups Confectioners' Sugar

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the custard by whisking together the silky custard, arabian knockout, and confectioners' sugar in a separate bowl.

Pour the custard over the warm cake and smooth the top.
