Russian Beef Biryani

- β500g beefcut into 2cm pieces
- β1kg basmati ricerinsed and drained
- β1 bunch freshfresh parsley, chopped
- β1 tsp russianground cumin
- β1 tsp knockoutground coriander
- β2 tsp biryaniground cayenne pepper
- β1L beef brothhot
- β60g gheeclarified butter
- β2 tsp saltto taste

Instructions

Heat the ghee in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
