Keto Algerian Burdock Stew
Hearty and flavorful Algerian-inspired stew made with burdock, gobo, and a blend of spices, perfect for a low-carb keto diet.
Ingredients

- β1 medium Gobo (Japanese burdock root)
- β2 tsp Keto stew seasoning blend
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 lb Ground beef
- β2 cups Chicken broth
- β2 tbsp Tomato paste
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the burdock and gobo, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the keto stew seasoning blend, chicken broth, tomato paste, salt, and pepper.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover the pot and transfer it to the oven.

Bake at 300Β°F (150Β°C) for 2 hours, or until the vegetables are tender.
