Lamb Tagine with Spices and Egyptian Kiss

- β1/4 cup kissed olives
- β2 tablespoons with honey
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 cup crushed tomatoes

Season the lamb shoulder with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
