Chinese Dried Glazed Chicken
This Chinese-inspired dish features crispy-skinned chicken glazed with a sweet and sticky sauce, made with a combination of soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.

- β1 cup cornchicken broth
- β2 tablespoons rillettessesame oil
- β4 chicken breastboneless, skinless

Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
